You can use HexClad Hybrid Cookware on virtually all household stove tops, including gas, electric, glass, and induction cooktops. The cookware is also metal utensil safe, scratch-resistant, dishwasher-safe, and oven-safe up to 500°F (lids up to 400°F).

The stay-cool handles are designed to be heat-resistant, but please note that shorter handles closer to the heat will heat up more quickly. Always use oven mitts when removing cookware from the oven.
