The EZLock pressure cooker is designed with the latest innovation – an automatic universal self-locking mechanism, that ensures the utmost ease of use. The lid needs no alignment as you can lock it in place at any position on the pressure cooker pot. The universal locking system will not open with pressure inside, and a safety vent helps release excess pressure, ensuring Safe & Secure operation. It's Easy to Use - just add ingredients according to the recipe, close the lid at any position on the pot & set the pressure. Once it's reached, start the cooking time. Key Safety Features include the Automatic & Universal Locking Mechanism (Turn-to-Lock knob will lock the lid into place at any position on the pot, no alignment required!), Pressure Regulator (Pressure regulator knob is equipped with four positions: High Pressure (2), Low Pressure (1), Release, and Clean), Pressure Indicator (The red pressure indicator will rise when pressure has been reached and go back down when pressure has been released), and Silicone Gasket (Found on the underside of the lid, the silicone gasket creates an airtight seal needed to build pressure).
