These woks are 100% authentic, traditional carbon steel, hammered by Chinese masters in Guangzhou. They are the proven choice of many professional Chinese chefs.

The round bottom woks are 15 gauge (1.8mm) carbon steel, commercial grade. The original design by Craft Wok since 2014 has proven quality over the years. The round bottom woks are not suitable for flat electric or flat induction stoves, as carbon steel woks may rust. Instructions for easy seasoning are included with the wok, and our customer service is ready to guide you through the process whenever you need it.

The steel helper handle will not burn when you stir fry over high heat, and it is also helpful for hanging the wok for storage. The wooden handle has a special hygroscopic, non-slippery surface for a tight grip when you stir-fry.
